The larges rooms have a plain decor and are generally in a very good condition. All rooms have air-conditioning. The rooms have been recently refurbished (Jan 2007), with the new super comfortable Rydges Dream Bed. The Main Building houses a public bar, restaurant and café. Low rise buildings design to fit in with the local bush land environment. There is a medium sized lobbyy. Rydges Eagle Hawk Resort is a truly unique property, offering hospitality and genuinely caring. Leisure facilities offer families a fun and affordable weekend getaway destination from the hustle and bustle of Sydney's daily grind. FROM CANBERRA take the first exit off the Federal Highway AFTER the north ACT / NSW border sign.
FROM SYDNEY watch for the Eagle Hawk Hill signs about 5km after the Tulip Farm. Take the UNITED petrol station exit. Facing the petrol station, the Resort is on your right.
FROM THE AIRPORT turn right onto Majura road and follow it up to the Federal Highway (Goulburn signs). You may wish to investigate a hire car option if staying for more than a night as a taxi fare will cost you $25 to $30 each way. 10 kms to city centre 12 kms to the nearest airport (canberra) 19 km to the nearest station (queanbeyan)
